Dennis Casely-Hayford is talented and consummated human resources professional with over 15 years of global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Generalist/ Business Partnership leadership experience. He has held various key roles with majorfortune 500 companies in the United States (General Electric, Citi Group, Becton Dickinson, and Samsung Electronics America) and Newmont Ghana Gold Limited.
In the area of talent acquisition, Dennis has provided tactical and strategic guidance to client groups in sourcing and staffing, including managing and driving the full life-cycle recruitment process from talent identification and evaluation to converting an offer to acceptance. His core competencies are talent acquisition strategy development and implementation; development and execution of sourcing plans; talent branding design; recruitment process re-engineering; talent acquisition performance metrics development, analysis and reporting; assessment and selection of contingent and retained search firm providers; workforce planning; and the development and implementation of talent acquisition systems and programs to align intellectual human capital and key business initiatives.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, Dennis has served as a grounded expert and trusted advisor to the business in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, change management, talent management, succession planning, policies and procedures development and rewards and recognition.
Dennis holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
